Miller's One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning

This company is down right dishonest. I have a bid / contract stating a price including a cash back (600) retail gift card and they lied to me over the phone about mailing that rebate to me and have not fulfilled their end of the contract. Beware of this company. Technicians also installed a used 16 year old fuse in my NEW heat pump after destroying an electrical control unit by forgetting to test for shorts before energizing the new control system. They appear to be dishonest and stupid. more

we (unfortunately) bought a new heat pump and furnace from Millers - its a Lennox brand, top of the line. The service staff at Millers is generally very good - sometimes we get a rookie, but they try hard. No compliants there. But my advice to anyone is Never, ever buy a lennox system. Nothing but trouble, service calls every year. And of course just when you need it, the system fails. A real lemon, Lennox. more

I purchased their Amazon Local deal for a complete heating system service which included a free filter replacement. The repair man that showed up seemed very green. He forgot an extension cord and had to borrow another tool from a friend. He then wanted to replace the igniter saying there was too much resistance going through it and that it could fail soon. This may or may not be true but it felt like he just wanted to replace a perfectly good part. He also informed me at this point that the air filter wasn't included with the deal, only that he would replace one if I had one on hand even though the deal clearly said it was included. When I confronted him about this he offered to run to the store and pick one up (seemed like a nice gesture). But when he returned he said he couldn't find the right size and told me how he got a good deal on a kindle instead. He then offered to sell me a case of filters at half price ($60) as a good gesture. I declined and found the same case of filters online for $28.50. Beware! more
