stay away from this sealership! 12/4/2011

i recently purchased a 2011 outback sport from this dealership after a nationwide search found they had the only one in the country with the dsesired color and equip. the car was advertised as new condition having 4000 miles and the owner of the dealership used it as transport to and from work. shortly after delivery, the vehicle was determined to have extensive frame and undercarriage damage. it was also determined that this dealership made a deliberate attempt to mask this damage prior to sale. if you are considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, i strongly urge you to reconsider! more

Buyer Beware - Deceptive Sales Practices 4/2/2011

Be very careful when dealing with this particular Subaru dealership (i.e., Subaru of Plano). Our buying experience was very negative. The dealership was found to deploy deceptive sales practices and their customer service reps were non-responsive and inconsistent in their explanations when discrepancies were noted or issues uncovered during our due diligence. Examples of their deceptive practices include an "actual" odometer reading that was nearly 10,000 miles more than that advertised on the vehicle brochure, an inspection report that failed to list the date inspected, the make, model or any other descriptive information related to the vehicle being inspected or the nature of the corrections to those items indicated as having issues, failure to produce vehicle service records or indicate definitively whether they had any in their possession. Vacation! 1/6/2011

I have never been treated so well while getting an oil change. I had a delicious cup of coffee to drink. I had a free snack to nibble on. They gave me the remote to the TV and I sat on a comfortable couch. The best part of the whole thing was at the end of the oil change when I was checking out, it cost me less than 20 dollars! Fantastic place to come take a break from life and get your car worked on! more

Keep sales people like Chris Culbertson. I gave this dealership 2 tries before I got paired up with Chris, both times I did not feel like going back. The only reason I came back was because the dealership is so close to me. Chris was very upfront and courteous. I will go back to him to buy a car. more

The knowledge that my car is having quality service and knowing that they will not try to suggest repairs that are not necessary. I have come to this dealership since I purchased my Subaru and am extremely pleased with their service. Subaru of Plano is AMAZING! 10/22/2010

I am usually not they type to go on the internet and comment on experiences that I have had at local businesses, but the other day, as I was leaving Subaru of Plano, I told myself I had to. I had to let everyone know what an amazing experience that I had in this dealership. I entered into this experience guarded. I had been to other local dealerships and left with no vehicle and a sour taste in my mouth. Going to Subaru of Plano was like brushing my teeth. The staff there was easy to deal with and the selection of cars was something to write home about. My wife and I have leased three cars from the fine gentlemen at Subaru of Plano in the past four years and would definitely recommend anyone looking to purchase or lease a Subaru go to these gentlemen first. We think that leasing a car instead of purchasing one is a remarkable deal. Even though we will never actually own the vehicle we have the joy of the ?new car? feeling about every two years and it?s a great finance alternative. I can honestly say I was treated like gold by the individuals at Subaru of Plano. I know it is probably hard to believe but it can be done by a dealership because I experienced it first hand. Everyone there was very professional and courteous and listed to everything we had to say first. I know it will also be hard to believe that there were no sales tactics used in our buying process. \r \r I have to say that before visiting Subaru of Plano I did not experience great customer service. The manager even came to greet us! They treated us more like friends than clients. We are a huge fan of Subaru?s and will definitely be back next time around more

Excellent job by Subaru of Plano! 7/12/2010

Timothy and his associate Randy did an excellent job! They were very low key and knowledgeable which made the process really easy and worked with our schedule. We traveled here from out of the area but the prices we saw on the cars were the same as what was posted on the website. Subaru of Plano gave me the best prices and they even gave me the price I wanted for my trade in. They both stayed late for us, working around our schedule. The Subaru Legacy is exactly what I wanted to drive home and I did! We will come back here for our next vehicle. more
