Be very careful when dealing with this particular Subaru dealership (i.e., Subaru of Plano). Our buying experience was very negative. The dealership was found to deploy deceptive sales practices and their customer service reps were non-responsive and inconsistent in their explanations when discrepancies were noted or issues uncovered during our due diligence. Examples of their deceptive practices include an "actual" odometer reading that was nearly 10,000 miles more than that advertised on the vehicle brochure, an inspection report that failed to list the date inspected, the make, model or any other descriptive information related to the vehicle being inspected or the nature of the corrections to those items indicated as having issues, failure to produce vehicle service records or indicate definitively whether they had any in their possession.
