I can honestly say I was treated like gold by the individuals at Subaru of Plano. I know it is probably hard to believe but it can be done by a dealership because I experienced it first hand. Everyone there was very professional and courteous and listed to everything we had to say first. I know it will also be hard to believe that there were no sales tactics used in our buying process. \r

I have to say that before visiting Subaru of Plano I did not experience great customer service. The manager even came to greet us! They treated us more like friends than clients. We are a huge fan of Subaru?s and will definitely be back next time around
