worst service 5/30/2012

i went to millenium honda to fix my car. They didn't find the problem but i know something is wrong with my car. They charge balance first than they told me i need tyries than they try to charge $590 and they charge two times balance cost. So please check your bill pls.They are trying to charge extra. They told me i need a balance i did it thAN 2 NEW TIRE. IF I NEED TO BUY NEW TIRE WHY DID YOU CHARGE BEFORE BALANCE AND AGAIN TIRES AND BALANCE? more

Go ELSEWHERE! 9/22/2011

Double talking salesmen who disappear every few seconds to distract you. TSeveral staff memers took personal calls while dealing with customers (including myself). Watch out for added on fees (documentation fee) which are not really explained well (don't pay it). And ask to see window sticker, they seem to make up their destination charges on the spot (which you don't have to pay...) more

All in all, an excellent experience 10/28/2010

I liked the salesman I had..his name was Sunny K. He was very knowledgeable about the cars and explained a lot to me about it's features. In general, the people were nice, I got my car quickly and all in all it was an excellent experience. I will recommend you to me friends. more

I was very nervous about dealing wtih this dealership after reading the reviews, but i must say i was wrong, i bought a car about 10 years ago with the millenium toyota and it was a horrible experience and i got so ripped off. so i was afraid this time, i dont know it things has changed since then or i just got lucky to deal with the write sales person, but today we closed a deal on a honda civic and im extremely happy with our transaction. Our sales person was Chester Malloy and definetely will recommend to all our friends and family,:) more

I was at 2 other Honda dealers who had promised me the car I was looking for was on their Lot, when I got there it was the old bait and switch. As I told the interviewer on the phone. The service and low stress sales technique made it a great experience. Not only was the sales rep ( Al G. ) honest and a real help the entire staff including one of the desk managers (Carey) brought us through the experience quickly, easily and with no hitches.
