Double talking salesmen who disappear every few seconds to distract you. TSeveral staff memers took personal calls while dealing with customers (including myself). Watch out for added on fees (documentation fee) which are not really explained well (don't pay it). And ask to see window sticker, they seem to make up their destination charges on the spot (which you don't have to pay...)
