My name is Maria. First impression is everything, I spoke on the phone on 5/18 with reservations, for the first time. We discussed a change of times for the limo pick-up and other matters, If they came up last minute. They were very gracious in giving me options on better packages than was previously quoted to me. I certainly appreciate that. The purpose of this review is to inform everyone that James the driver was wonderful! He was professional, pleasant, polite, friendly, organized and made our daughter so happy and my friends and I feel comfortable and welcomed. He called me early Friday to verify all information. He also provided information to me so I could be organized for his arrival and then, as I asked, he called me a few minutes before he arrived at my house. I cannot more strongly suggest what a wonderful day we all had. Much of that was due to my daughters Wedding, but much of that was also due to James and the Staff of Millenium Limo. When I said to them that they have my future business in our conversation Saturday our interaction with James was so positive, that my statement has become even stronger. I know in business, from experience, that people frequently call or contact an owner of a company solely to complain. Therefore, I chose to write to provide this review to Millenium Limo very positive feedback regarding one of their employees and the Outstanding service he and their office staff provided. They will always be highly recommended to all my friends and family. They are truly a first class company. P.S. their Classic Rolls Royce was absolutely beautiful! Thank you!!! \r more

I had a Great experience with Millenium Limo - they were pleasant to work with on the phone and got me set up for the day of in advance. Fortunately there were so great at communication with the drivers nothing to deal with as far as the transportation, which was great on my Wedding Day. The Rolls they sent was beautiful. Overall, they were certainly prompt, followed directions well with our multiple, complex pick ups, and were very patient and professional with us. I would use them again and recommend Millenium Limo more

Simply fantastic Service... We hired their Classic Rolls Royce it was outstanding!!! The driver took the time to help make our day perfect He laid out the Red Carpet , and he put Just Married Signs all over the car. It looks great in our pictures. The driver did amazing job... We also had the Chrysler Bentley Edition and the Escalade limos... The drivers also did a great job... they put out the carpets and put signs too... All and all they showed up on time (very important) the drivers were dressed very professional We got the limos we wanted They were very helpful from the beginning. The price was right My family and friends enjoyed the experience They did a great job beginning to end!!!! We will recommended them to everyone! Very happy to post a review for a well deserved company!!!! more

I searched and received a ton of quotes for my WEDDING from different limo companies. They stood out from all the rest. I placed the reservation over an email, but even still places I went I asked around who they recommend for service. We couldn't believe it but every single bridal vendor recommended them for their outstanding service and flexibility. The company I work for ( a well known firm) uses their service as too. I am happy to give a 5 star review across the board. They are awesome. SO worth the money and rates are very reasonable. more

Millenium Limo enhanced my wedding night extremely! The driver's name was Jerry. He was there promptly at 11:30am for a 3 hours service that included picking my Fiance and her dad and to bring to the church, soon after the ceremony we newly wed wife and myself were driven to the reception where our photographer was waiting for us and between the photographer and the driver the entire experience was incredible. The driver professionalism made the entire photo process go so much smoother, helping my newly wed wife with her dress, holding her flowers while she fixed her hair, and the Classic Rolls Royce was so clean, so well kept and so affordable, also, he was kind and waited for us patiently. Millenium limo gave us a complimentary bottle of champagne and plenty of water since it was very hot that day, and been out in the open in South Florida can be a bit uncomfortable while wearing a tuxedo and my newly wed wife her wedding dress. I could not be happier with my experience and highly recommend it to anyone on their special day.... A very happy client!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

I will start off by saying that prior to finalizing my booking with Millenium Limo, they went out of their way to make sure that I was comfortable as well as had everything I needed for my big day. Omar actually made his way to my office to bring me the contract which is something that they normally don't do but I def appreciated it. The limo was not only clean but on time and the drivers were both kind. I went with them sight unseen and couldn't be anymore thrilled at what I was given. I would definitely recommend them to any future brides who are nervous about having late drivers, unclean limos, and high prices. They are definitely the limo company to call. more

Ronald at Millenium Limo is a pleasure to work with! He was so nice and accommodating, we reserved a beautiful Rolls Royce for our grand exit and they even played some exit music for us from the car! The chauffeur was So nice, professional, great uniform, and just a really nice guy. He arrived early and waited outside, some of my friends talked to him while checking out the car and also said he was a really nice, professional man. You won't regret hiring them!!! more

Millenium Limo provided us with a stunning Rolls Royce. Not only did they work with our budget but our driver Zsolt was also friendly, professional and flexible with us in getting us from the venue to our hotel. We would recommend their service to anyone who is looking for an old fachion treatment, where you are the most important person in their schedule, not rushing you and looking to exceed your expectation. From the time we found Millenium Limo, my newly we husband and myseld, we felt they were the one we wanted, and trust me when I say this, we looked everywhere, and one of the things that impressed us the most, was that they actually had an office and show room, and not like the rest of the companies we found, they were all brokers. When I called Millenium, the manager treated me with class and gave me the time of day. He invited me to come in to their gorgeous office, and once I arrived, I experiece such an amazing fleet of vehicles, it almost felt like I was in a Museum, amazing, so many classics, and their limos, to die for it. The people I worked directly with, were truly pleasant, accommodating, and friendly. The limo driver was on-time. They were also very accommodating when, the morning of the wedding, I wanted to change the arrival time to 1/2 hour earlier. They had the red carpet for the champaigne toast and pictures. The driver was also accommodating us in going to multiple places to take our wedding pictures and suggesting places he knew of that didn't require a permit.\r \r We also got a complimentary upgrade on the vehicle. We had originally booked the Escalade although I really wanted the Hummer (just thought it was more elegant but the price was higher). They told us that it was still available for that day, they would provide for us and THEY DID. Thanks!\r \r The only thing I wish would have been better was they did not have the cord needed to plug in your phone for music in the limo. Such a minor detail to think about but if they had told us that this is what we needed, we would have assigned someone to make sure to bring it. We ended up having to listen to the radio, which wasn't doing much in the sense of pumping us all up.\r \r Other than that, it really was great. The limo was comfortable and clean and still smelled new\r \r Great experience! Thanks Millenium Limo! more

Our entire experience was elegant, fun, relaxed, unique and so memorable. The Escalade Limousines and Limo Bus were so beautiful and Rolls Royce too, Our photographer Brian was very sweet and EXCELLENT at taking pictures, and he worked so hard with the limousine drivers (Dante, Ricki and Mitchel) to get a perfect shots and everyone was so cooperative and did a great job on our Wedding .\r the limo was clean and the drivers courteous , we also made all of our plans through their website and had no problems at all. Never felt pressured into anything and was very thrilled with our experience.\r We have nothing negative to say about the service , everything was perfect , I am not sure there are enough adjectives to express how positive this experience was but I will say that marrying the woman of my dreams could not have happened at a better place and with better limousine service and I am so glad that we chose this company. There is no need for you to look any further, this is the people you need to plan your wedding with. more

They were awesome for our wedding! I first went with a cheaper company (they were never there to see their limos) but then, after reading more reviews, thought twice about it. The last thing I wanted to worry about on the ""Big Day"" was transportation! So I went with these guys. Perfect! The driver was awesome and we tipped him well. He got out the red carpet for our guests like I asked and never skipped a beat. Highly recommended! You won't be disappointed more

DO NOT WORK WITH THEM! Everything that could have possibly gone wrong with our transportation during our wedding weekend, DID. They were late twice, the karaoke machine was broken on one vehicle, the vintage Rolls that we got for our send off vehicle was apparently not working. It was supposed to have a red carpet and champagne they sent a regular limo instead with nothing else. They lost our honeymoon transportation reservation, etc. Huge disaster these people. more

Do not book with these people!! They are scam artists!!! We booked a chrysler limo and a rolls royce for our wedding at $590 which included tax and tip for the date of 2-23-2013. The Rolls was contracted out for 3 hours (4:00p-7:00p) to include red carpet, champagne and pictures with the bridal party after the ceremony. The driver, Michel, was also given an additional $100 as extra tip to ensure that he stayed. The driver never provided us with the red carpet or the champagne and he started his vehicle and left during the middle of our outside, garden ceremony. People turned their heads when the car started because it was that loud and obnoxious!! On Tuesday 2-26-2013, I called the company to report the issues that we had with the service. They told me that they would call the driver and call me back. I never received a call. Later that evening we discovered that my father's credit card was charged $738. He signed a slip for $600. I called the next day, 2-27-2013, and was told that the manager was out of town and that they would leave him a message. Since then, I have made calls on 2-28-2013 and 3-1-2013 and no one answers or they tell me that someone will call me back. more

GO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! I hired a Rolls Royce for my wedding, confirmed a time the day before and the driver shows up two hours late! They had to start the ceremony without the bride because the church had to run on schedule. When I asked the driver what happened, he said that he was scheduled for 3pm (instead of 2pm that was agreed the day before) and showed up at 4pm blaming it on the traffic. On his way to church he missed the street! To top it all off, the company charged my credit card after I had paid for it cash!!!!!. I should not have been charged at all !!! they ruined one of the most important days of my life and I will post this review everywhere I can because no bride needs to go through such experience after all the money and time invested on planning a special day. DO NOT use this company. more

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! We ordered a limo and then they changed the price on us the day before. We were told our credit card would NOT be charged (as we were paying cash). NOT only did they charge our credit card 5 days before the service ""would've"" be rendered...they OVERCHARGED US!!!!! Now, we have to go thru the hassle of disputing the charge.\r They ruined what was suppose to be an awesome outing!! \r RIP-OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

HORRIBLE SERVISE!! first they brought us the wrong party bus half the size we ordered.they stated that half way we would switch busses, An hr and half into the ride we get a flat where stuck on i95 for a while we hv to drive to ft.lauderdale where we were told we would be swaping busses when we get there we had to wait 2 hrs for the nxt bus to arrive mind you when it got there it was already 3am the new bus arrived had just dropped off a party of ppl smelled like WEED and the driver was taking us back home to west plm ,SO DISSAPOINTING IT WAS MY BIRTHDAY AND IT WAS COMPLETLY RUIEND!! we called the company to get a refund OR TO SEE WHAT THEY COULD DO FOR US they refused anfd promised me 3 free hrs .so i called today requesting our 3 hrs they denied my servise std tht we can only use them sunday - thursday due to the busy scedual on the weeken !! that is such bull i will never use this limo company EVER AGAIN ! what ever happend to good customer servise! \r \r more
