Review content:
The people I worked directly with, were truly pleasant, accommodating, and friendly. The limo driver was on-time. They were also very accommodating when, the morning of the wedding, I wanted to change the arrival time to 1/2 hour earlier. They had the red carpet for the champaigne toast and pictures. The driver was also accommodating us in going to multiple places to take our wedding pictures and suggesting places he knew of that didn't require a permit.\r

We also got a complimentary upgrade on the vehicle. We had originally booked the Escalade although I really wanted the Hummer (just thought it was more elegant but the price was higher). They told us that it was still available for that day, they would provide for us and THEY DID. Thanks!\r

The only thing I wish would have been better was they did not have the cord needed to plug in your phone for music in the limo. Such a minor detail to think about but if they had told us that this is what we needed, we would have assigned someone to make sure to bring it. We ended up having to listen to the radio, which wasn't doing much in the sense of pumping us all up.\r

Other than that, it really was great. The limo was comfortable and clean and still smelled new\r
