I've used Millenium limo three times, twice for work and once for a guys night out. Nothing but good experiences. The price is competitive and they show up on time. Those are my main criterias. I also recommended Millenium Limo to my employees for their work related travel. I'm just about to book another trip for next week and will use them to get to the airport. more

Millenium Limo are absolutely on time, the Vintages vehicles are always clean and gorgeous, the drivers are polite and professional, and their pricing is always competitive. I am a very thorough consumer when it comes to researching and finding the best balance between cost and quality. I used them for my Wedding last Week (6 pax Princess Kate) and I used them again when returning from my honey moon (10 pax stretch Chrysler 300). As always, plenty of ice, glasses, and all the technological bells and whistles. Thank you, Heath and Millenium limo. more

First off I would like to recommend this company to anyone who needs transportation service. They were nice, friendly, prompt, professional, and most of all efficient. I would rate them A+++!!! Usually, you expect the minimum since, it's their job and they probably don't want to be @ work anyway....HOWEVER, the person I spoke with on the phone was extremely helpful, patient, friendly, and exceeded my expectations for customer service. The chauffeur, Dante, who picked up our Bachelorette party was 20 minutes early and called us to let us know that he was waiting outside. He greeted us professionally and had a cheery mood that made the experience more enjoyable (The Escalade looked amazing!) Not to mention, when we got in the limo, the interior was clean (no tears or stains), and everything was in it's place. The drinks and liquor we requested were already in the limo along with glasses and plenty of ice, which made it convenient for all the girls to pregame before our wild night out! :) ASK FOR DANTE .... you won't be disappointed. Out of all the limo services I have used for business/outings, I would say Millenium Limo has had the best service, hands down. I will not be going to any other limo company. more

We rented a black stretch Hummer for my son's Bar Mitzvah party to carry his friends to the party. The driver was early, text me to tell me he had arrived, gladly made several trips back and forth to accommodate all the kids who a ride (even more than originally planned). The kids had drinks in the limo and great music. The reservation was arranged by Heath and the price very reasonable. I will definitely use Millenium Limo again for my next child's event! We have used Millenium Limo since 2002 - mostly to get us back and forth to the airport. We have always been extremely satisfied with the service and the quality of the cars. They take exceptional care of all of their cars. I have never been in one that looked or smelled old or ratty - they always look brand new. The drivers are never late and always help you with your bags, treat the ladies like ladies (opening doors and such), and are courteous. (If you want to talk, they can hold a conversation (We have also used Millenium limo, Inc for stretch limo service for my Mother's 90th birthday and experienced the same great quality, value and service.) I will continue to use Millenium Limo until the day I move out of Miami. Keep it up more

I was very satisfied with the chauffeur. He was very courteous and very kind. He does know his job and how to perform it too. The agent who handle the reservation, Ronald , was very nice and very well mannered. The price was good. Above all, the service was first class, and the vehicles everything they described. We rented a Super Stretch Limo from Millenium Limo for our Bachelorette party.We had a blast!!! Our Driver, Geller, showed up 15 minutes before the pick up time. He was very friendly and extremely nice and knew about all the different places to go to in Miami. The inside of the limo looked amazing!!!. The manager gave us a great deal on the price to begin with and we actually went 20 minutes over our booked time, and they didn't charge us extra :). Overall A+++ Service, and I will definitely book again with Millenium limo more

I can't express how impressed my friends and I were with our experience with Limo Millennium last weekend. Booking online was super easy. Heath contacted me the next day and helped to personalize the evening...a mix of birthday & engagement celebrations, one that we will never forget-in big thanks to the amazing service and flexibility of Heath! We rented the stretch Escalade which was decked out and stocked perfectly. One more example of the excellent service is that we were contacted the next day about an item left in the limo (don't know how that happened!) that they offers to mail to my out of state friends! We will use them again for sure...I can't wait more

First experience with this company. Early, professional, friendly, helpful, and kind. Careful, safe, attentive, calm. We traveled to Palm Beach for a Symphony - traffic was heavy but he worked it safely. I am sticking with this company. It is really about service, good customer service and vehicle condition. Millenium Limo, Inc did an awesome job! Omar was fast and friendly in his communication and answering questions. Due to a conflict, the limos were rearranged and we got a free-upgrade from the Chrysler 300 to a Escalade Limo which was a nice surprise and a great start to the evening. The limo itself was very clean (which from a recent wedding I was in, was very important to me). It had the new car smell. Our limo driver, Dante, was extremely friendly and accommodating! he was early and helped load some of our items in the limo while we finished getting ready! We went to a concert at the AAA and he knew the best (and closest) place to drop us off and pick us up. Dante also used text messages (along with calls) to keep in touch with our group. This is key as the AAA gets very loud and phone calls become hard to hear. It was an overall great night and Millenium Limo, Inc limo was a major contributor to this :) Thank you more

My wife and I got exactly what we wanted at the best rate we could find.We did it for our daughters 21st birthday, back 2 weeks ago. She and her friends had the best time. Millenium Limo did a great job. The driver was professional and friendly and the service was good. They even included a free bottle of champagne for my wife's birthday. Many of the online limo companies seemed to be charging a premium, but Millenium limo price was reasonable. It was nice being able to have a conversation with our small group on the way to and from dinner at The Forge. Not needing a designated driver allowed us all to enjoy ourselves. Good value, good service, fully stocked limo, plus having some drinks and socializing with our group on the way to dinner extended the evening and made it more fun. The reasonable price, gorgeous limo and friendly people makes is what made me want to give them the 5 star. The next time I need a limo I'll call them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends. more

Hello, my name is Paola Rivero, I must have spent hours looking for the right limo company since there are so many of them and when I landed on your web site my instinct immediately told me you were the one. Of course I still had to convince myself that you were the company I wanted to use for my wedding, so I decide to visit a few limo companies with my fiance. To my surprise I found out that most limo companies out there do not even own a limo, since they could not show me their vehicles, and the one that had a limo or 2 were kind of embarrassing. You would expect to view the limos of your dream in a decent warehouse with an office that you can sit down and discuss the purchase of the service, but that was not the case. I ended up going to peoples' home, and in some cases I had to meet them in a shopping mall parking lot. Now lets look at this, I am about to hire a limo for an event of a life time, and I was asked to give a cash deposit to a person that I was meeting in a parking lot of their choice, and hope that whatever they were telling me was going to happen. Well I am not that ignorant, so I decided to continue looking till I found the best limo service I felt it was the most professional and the one that could provide me with a piece of mind. Finally, out of 12 companies, 3 had an office, and out of the 3 I was the most impressed with Millenium Limo, Inc. Your customer service, office and warehouse were very impressive. Your guy's professionalism has to be the most impressive out there. Everything you described on your web site was there. Every vehicle you advertise you own, and the quality of service you promise was given. Wow, I am not a wealthy, so not sure when I will be using a limo again, but if I have the opportunity to ever have to rent a limo again, I know exactly where to go, without having to spent hours looking for the ideal limo service. Best of the Best! Millenium is the Best! I was recommended to use them and I am so happy they directed me to them . Their Customer Service is amazing . They gave me ideas that I would never have thought of on my own. They offered a great deal for my bachelorette party!!! We got the Escalade, wow it was absolutely amazing. Talk about your bling bling!!! Lol. Well needless to say it was night of my life, of course until the the Wedding day! They also did my Husbands :o) Bachelor Party! He said that they had a blast too! I think she said that they went South Beach... Hmmm.. I guess I will not push the issue. Millenium also did our Wedding Day! They are Tried and True like the Wedding Channel says. lol.. We again used the Escalade , and also got one of their vintage cars. The car was beautiful, we got great pictures and the drivers were all decked out! Jacket, ties, Red Carpets, and all kinds of other stuff that simply made it perfect for a wedding day!!! I want to again Thank Millenium Limo for making our day perfect as well as our night! They Made Our Day!!!! Simply fantastic Service... We hired their Classic Rolls Royce it was outstanding!!! The driver took the time to help make our day perfect He laid out the Red Carpet , and he put Just Married Signs all over the car. It looks great in our pictures. The driver did amazing job... We also had the Chrysler Bentley Edition and the Escalade limos... The drivers also did a great job... they put out the carpets and put signs too... All and all they showed up on time (very important) the drivers were dressed very professional We got the limos we wanted They were very helpful from the beginning. The price was right My family and friends enjoyed the experience They did a great job beginning to end!!!! We will recommended them to everyone! But we were shocked at how nice this car really was... I can't believe the deal we got.... Classic Rolls Royce was absolutely beautiful. First impression is everything, I spoke on the phone on 8/18 with reservations, for the first time. We discussed a change of times for the limo pick-up and other matters, If they came up last minute. They were very gracious in giving me options on better packages than was previously quoted to me. I certainly appreciate that. The purpose of this review is to inform everyone that James the driver was wonderful! He was professional, pleasant, polite, friendly, organized and made our daughter so happy and my friends and I feel comfortable and welcomed. He called me early Friday to verify all information. He also provided information to me so I could be organized for his arrival and then, as I asked, he called me a few minutes before he arrived at my house. I cannot more strongly suggest what a wonderful day we all had. Much of that was due to my daughters Wedding, but much of that was also due to James and the Staff of Millenium Limo. When I said to them that they have my future business in our conversation Saturday our interaction with James was so positive, that my statement has become even stronger. I know in business, from experience, that people frequently call or contact an owner of a company solely to complain. Therefore, I chose to write to provide this review to Millenium Limo very positive feedback regarding one of their employees and the Outstanding service he and their office staff provided.
