I always smelled something in my bathroom but I thought nothing of it until I started getting allergies. My friend told me that it was mold and sure enough, we saw it under the sink. I called Millan’s for a FREE inspection; they came over, inspected and provided a report of the findings. Knowing now the health issues related to mold, I decided to hire Millan’s. They worked with me and gave me an excellent deal since I have no mold coverage and the expense was out of pocket. They sealed up the room and came back the next day to remove it. I didn’t know that mold was such a big deal until I saw their abatement process- full body suits, breathing masks, and the whole deal. Well long story short they came over and totally re-did my bathroom because the mold had spread under the sink into the walls and behind the shower tile. I’m happy with my new bathroom and extremely satisfied with Millan’s because they definatly took care of my health!
