Never uSe Mile High Party Bus!!! Unless you want to be scammed out of your money, insulted, and treated like dirt, find another company!!! We called to confirm our party bus reservation for 35 people, five days before our reservation and the man on the phone, Dave/Dimitri was by far the rudest, most condescending and pretentious person I have ever spoke to. I thought I was dreaming at one point. Instead of confirming our reservation, he proceeded to tell us the amount we were previously promised was all wrong, and that he was simply going to cancel our reservation. He offered no legitimate reason as to why he was canceling it, HUNG UP on me at one point, and treated me as though I was incompetent and he was somehow superior to me. I have never dealt with such poor customer service in my entire life. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! more

\r Mile High Party Bus/ Denver Party Bus is a scam! The make false promises and lack any sort of customer service. My fiance and I booked a party bus with this company for our joint bachelor/ bachelorette party last night08/27/2011. We had all of our friends meet at our house so the bus had only one pick up and drop off location. The party bus showed up 30 min late, the beverages that were promised to us on the bus were not there, and driver was a young women who clearly had never driven a bus because people and our items were falling all over the bus. They were unable to get us into any clubs like had originally promised and when I called to complain I had to leave a message, which the owner ended up returning as he screamed at me calling me obscene names and threatening to come down and physically harm us. He called the cops on us and made the driver drop us off in the middle of Denver, with no way of getting home except calling friends and family. To make it even better no one on the bus was even intoxicated, we paid the total fee up front in cash and did not even have the bus for the full 6.5 hours we were promised! This ""company"" is the most unprofessional, scam that I have ever had to deal with! Needless to say they ruined our night and left us all out of hundreds of dollars. \r \r more

Worst nightmare, ever. Rude and sketchy operation. Never even showed, 35 people stranded. I rented this bus for a Red Rocks concert about a month in advanced. Our pickup was scheduled for 5:00; at around 5:10 the bus still wasn't there so I called the company up and was told that the bus broke down on its way to pick us up. I would have been less pissed about the situation if 1. I hadn't had to call them to figure out what was going on, and 2. Dimitri (aka Dave) hadn't been absolutely condescending on the phone. He recommended another company that could pick us up only after I suggested he find other accommodations. Do yourself a favor and use a different company, because Mile High Party Bus is unreliable. more

I am extremely disappointed with this company. We hired a bus to go roller skating and to the bars for my birthday. Because everyone was over 21 we were told we would have a ""couple"" cases of beer and mixers on the bus. That was not provided. A 12 pack was. We brought our own alcohol. There was no ice and no mixers as promised either. There was no iPod cord to play our iPod because I specifically put together a mix because it was a roller disco party. We had to go back and get our own. I gave specific instructions on where to park because we live downtown. Those were not given to the driver. He almost hit two cars going out of the alley. We had to give him directions to where we were going. In the end, we ended early. My card was over charged from the quote by hundreds of dollars and we even tipped the driver $100. I will never use this company again. I should have read the reviews before I picked them. I thought their prices and amenities were too good to be true. I was right. more

Please do not use Mile High Party Bus. In April '11, my son hired them for a large prom group. The bus that showed up was an old school bus painted black. It broke down on the way to prom, making them late. Then they stranded them at Invesco with 8 parents driving down there at 11:30 to pick them up. Finally, they never refunded half the $1160 cash, as promised. Mile High Party Bus operates under several business names to avoid the Better Business Bureau complaints. They ""broker"" their contracts so you don't know what company is transporting you. Go to 7News web to see similar story of a Ralston Valley HS prom group. We rented a party bus from Mile High Party Bus and we had an awesome time. They had a stripper pole lol! Anyway the bus cme stocked with booze and we just hooked up our ipod and jammed. I honestly had no idea a party bus could be this much fun :) I cant wait to have another bachelor party. more

We Used Mile high party bus for new years the bus was awsome! Our driver was very helpful also! We had never used a party bus before way cooler than limos. more
