I am extremely disappointed with this company. We hired a bus to go roller skating and to the bars for my birthday. Because everyone was over 21 we were told we would have a ""couple"" cases of beer and mixers on the bus. That was not provided. A 12 pack was. We brought our own alcohol. There was no ice and no mixers as promised either. There was no iPod cord to play our iPod because I specifically put together a mix because it was a roller disco party. We had to go back and get our own. I gave specific instructions on where to park because we live downtown. Those were not given to the driver. He almost hit two cars going out of the alley. We had to give him directions to where we were going. In the end, we ended early. My card was over charged from the quote by hundreds of dollars and we even tipped the driver $100. I will never use this company again. I should have read the reviews before I picked them. I thought their prices and amenities were too good to be true. I was right.
