Never uSe Mile High Party Bus!!! Unless you want to be scammed out of your money, insulted, and treated like dirt, find another company!!! We called to confirm our party bus reservation for 35 people, five days before our reservation and the man on the phone, Dave/Dimitri was by far the rudest, most condescending and pretentious person I have ever spoke to. I thought I was dreaming at one point. Instead of confirming our reservation, he proceeded to tell us the amount we were previously promised was all wrong, and that he was simply going to cancel our reservation. He offered no legitimate reason as to why he was canceling it, HUNG UP on me at one point, and treated me as though I was incompetent and he was somehow superior to me. I have never dealt with such poor customer service in my entire life. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
