Terrible Service 9/14/2022

Not as advertised deep plug and fertilization. The tech created an excessive mess with spreading the dirt plugs are all over the concrete areas. Company won't take responsibility for clean up or don't know blowers and brooms exist and that machines can be turned off. Will use neighbor's lawn guy as his property did not look like a disaster zone. more

Horrible customer service - don't use 5/9/2022

Have used this company in the past with decent results. This year though, it was horrible. We chose the liquid aeration, overseed and fertilizer. The crew showed up on time; however, could not answer any of my questions...such as: how long before my dogs can be let out, why am I not seeing any seed, why did it only take 15 minutes???? Called and emailed customer service and they said because it was because it is liquid that we wouldn't see anything on the yard, it all gets soaked up. Were also told that if we weren't satisfied after 30 days to contact them for a free reschedule. Well, 30 days later and we have nothing to show for the $$ we spent. No new growth, ground still rock hard, and the only reason it "greened" up was the recent rain. I contacted them to have them come back out and have received no response... We will NEVER use Mile Hi again!!!! more

not so good took off work, no time when they would be here. It is now 7:15pm, not here no call. Very poor customer service more

Never again! 5/7/2019

I scheduled for aeration service and they were a no call no show and then invoiced me. I called to notify them that the job was never done and they rescheduled me for the next week. The next week came and AGAIN, they were a no call no show on the scheduled day. I was home all day to know they did not come. The next day I left to go out of town for a week. Sometime after I left for my trip they just randomly stopped by and did the job and sent me a new invoice. And they did a lousy job at that! Since when is it ok to just do a service at your leisure after the dates you scheduled with the customer without ever even notifying the customer? People schedule a service date for a reason! This seem like it should be illegal! Who wants someone creeping around their property when they are not in the state????? I will NEVER use this service again! NOT FOR ANYTHING!!! more

Good Work 8/3/2012

Mile Hi sent two workers who arrived as scheduled. They did very well at their job and listened to my questions and concerns. I was charged $39, rather than the $35 others quoted me, but I'm ok with that because they did so well. more

We've been using Mile Hi for a while and have used their seeding, fertilizing, and plug aeration services before. We tried liquid aeration this year and it's been a significant improvement over past years. more
