The service frm everyone is excellent! The place is very female friendly and you are always welcomed by Erika and the staff. I have complete confidence in the technicians as well and feel their pricing is reasonable. I also feel at ease seeing all their awards. more

Mikes Auto is really caring 9/12/2013

My car broke down after work one day when AAA brought it to Mikes Auto that evening after work hours. They met me there and arranged a diagnosis. The blown head gasket was too expense of a job for the worth of the vehicle and Mikes Auto allowed me to leave the car at their lot until I could bring it for trade at a dealership that week. It really helped lower the stress that work week and made the new transition much easier. Their diagnosis cost was very reasonable and I overall enjoyed the service. more

Job done right the first time 9/7/2013

Brakes are a very important part of a cars' accident avoidance system. I have been a customer at Mikes' for almost 16 yrs.. His shop has had a consistently high standard of repair work for me. Also, if there is a potential future problem found, I am informed. This is important to me as I like reliable vehicles. more

Dream Van 9/5/2013

Thanks for the snappy brake job on my van. I drove the next day to Michigan and it handled like silk. The MPG is terrific, too. Thanks for finding this van for me. The yearly upkeep is well within what I expect for a used vehicle. And your skilled workmanship keeps me confident on the road. more

excellent workmanship 7/4/2013

Mechanic found the source of the hydraulic leak and fixed it. I can count on this establishment to fix my car correctly. Also very important is the preventative maintenance aspect of Mike's shop. If they see anything else that needs repair or replacement now or in the near future, I am notified. This keep my car reliable. more

many years ago i hard mike on the Car Care Guys Radio show on saturday mornings... not having a mechanic i chose to stop in and i have always been a satisfied customer from the phone call to schedule ..to the actual work completed ..to the pick up..Mike and Karen and Erica are knowlegable on all facets of thier business ...and always have given me the proper advice on my 07sebring,01granmarquis,and 06mark lt!!! more
