these people were great.when i called for an appointment they were so easy to work with.we set up an appointment and then i brought my truck in.they were fast and easy to deal with.they called me the next day to tell that my truck was repaired.when i arrived they explained to me exactly what they found and did to repair my truck.they also washed my truck and did an excellent job. i have bought 2 vehicles from mike smith and will certainly buy from them again. the sales department has treated me fair and the service department has been great. if more people would would run their business this way...things would be alot better
