I am completely satisfied and than some. I would recommend your dealership to anyone that I know. I will also be recommending April to anyone that is getting ready to make a purchase. She is extremely helpful and knowledgeable in her field. She asks questions that pertain to the individual and took care of my needs and wants. She was AWESOME working with you. The car buying experience with her, I can honestly say was painless. I think that it is great that you all followup and take the time to get to know your customers. I also like the convenience of your oil changes. How you are willing to pick up and drop off my car as well. Thank you for being such a great dealership concentrating on being customer orientated!!! more

I was very satisfied with my car buying experience! April made sure that I drove off the lot with the vehicle that best fit my needs, and fit my budget! I continue to purchase from Mike Finnin because of the competitive pricing I receive, Jeff or Rob in the Sales Dept. follow up regularly as I am always ready to trade when there is a deal, and the Service dept. picks up and delivers my vehicle for no charge! We had a pleasant experience. All the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. we had no intention of buying a vehicle that day, but we did and it is a great car. Gotta love the great gas mileage. we live in Chicago, but would definitely service vehicle while visiting my dad. Rob is a great asset to your dealership. Thanks for everything. more
