Thank you Midwest pools and my sales man for teaching me all about inground pools. I am a first time pool owner so I didn't know what to expect. After my sales man Jerry Kukla left I think I knew more about swimming pools then the typical pool owner. My pool was put in the ground this spring and the project is already done. It only took them 15 days from the first day of digging the pool to closing out the pool and doing my final. I know its early in the season so I don't know if there really quick or if its not as busy now. The workmanship was unbeatable!!!! My best friend has a pool and she is sooo jealous we went with a fiberglass pool and she has an inground liner ( I hope she doesn't read this love you if you do) Midwest wasn't the cheapest but as the old saying goes you get what you pay for. I couldn't be more pleased. The staff was friendly and the workers who came out were very professional. If you are thinking about putting a swimming pool in your back yard this company did GREAT work and would be my first choice again!!! Thanks Candice more

All the workers that came to my house did a great job. From the Sales man whose brother installed the pool, to the concrete workers who were all Professional. I didn't think people still worked like that but Midwest Pools proved to me there are still professionals out there. Feel rest assured you are going to get a great job from us, not only do we manufacture fiberglass one piece pools we also install and service vinyl lined and concrete (gunite) pools also. We have sold many commercial and residential pools, which many of you have probably been swimming in because we have installed over 4000 pools in Michigan alone! We have been in business since 1989 and have had some great years and some not so great. The things that have not changed is our commitment to quality and our customer satisfaction when the job is finished. If you are in construction you will understand that sometimes things do not go exactly as planned with weather, ground conditions, water tables, weak driveways and sidewalks just to name a few things. Midwest installed over 100 in ground pools in 2011 so we had our share of installation difficulties which one of the last jobs we did in Linden MI we started to dig the hole and we ran into a construction burial ground filled with logs and stumps that had been buried when the lot was cleared fun! Long story short the pool had to be moved from that spot to save countless hours and $$$. Luckily the customers were very understanding but some people are not the so understanding even when we cannot control the situation. Now for the main reason for this review please do not believe everything you are reading on the internet, it took 30 seconds to make an account on this site and no background or information search to see if I was truly a Midwest customer. I know for a fact this review was written by a non pool owner or a former employee. If you want a real review of our company go to the BBB they actually get the correct information for the potential customers. We used this Grand Blanc Store 4 r pool installation & r pool has cracked twice now. We have been informed by viking, the maker of the fiberglass pool,(midwest does not fix your pool the maunufactor form out of state comes out) that this is the last time they will fix r pool because midwest has installed our pool improperly & that it will continue to crack! We are now planning to speak to our lawyer! We have only spoke with a very rude Janet so far this year (we aksed to speak to her superiviser & she told us we could only get to a voice mail of someone who never called us back)! Last time our pool cracked the customer service was excellent! This time Janet goes out of her way to be rude and scarcastic. We also were told by janet that we need to pay 1500.00 to have our pool braced (this was free the last time the pool cracked) The pool needs 2 be braced & then drained before viking can fix the new crack! Plus, we need 2 pay 2 have the pool refilled everytime it cracks! this pool is a $$ trap!! more

Wow we finally got a pool last year and it was awsome! Midwest Pools also gave me great pricing on all my chemicals and their service department is top notch! Everyone is very nice to deal with and they always have what I need for my pool. Thank you Midwest for taking care of us even though we were very picky and hard to please customers!! more
