Midfield Dental Center

Had a bad dental service experience at Midfield Dental. Receptionists were not very friendly. Followup visits for improperly fitting dentures yielded no results. Not pleased at all. more

Glad to have found on Judy's Book. Friendly staff, good at handling insurance, and pleasant doc who is knowledgeable and proactive. more

Spent 3250 getting teeth pulled and denture on top and parcel on bottom.The bottom hurts but don't fall out.The top falls out talking told him could not chew a hot dog without them falling falling out,so he does a reline and fit goes from bad to worse and that Dr.Nicols thinks that is O.K.Glue them in he says,while the whole time was being told,We can make them so glue wont be needed.Lied to and ripped off is what I paid 3250 for. more

I first come to this dental center about 10 years ago and I had the worst experience of my life. I should have known better than to go back and give it another chance the other day. The first time I went 1n 2001, the dentist who is no longer there was rude and rushed the whole time. I was there to get a crown on a front tooth and when he tried to take the temporary one off, he pulled so hard that it went flying across the room. He simply looked at the assistant, laughed, and said "Oops, that's not good." as if it were funny. It also broke my original tooth and I had problems for years keeping the permanent crown on. Now recently, I went to have a tooth pulled and when the dentist began the procedure, I could feel everything. He supposedly numbed me up but I definitely could not tell. The pain was excruciating and he didn't seem to care about being too rough. I was in tears and told him I thought I needed to be numbed up again but he replied" he was almost done." My gums hurt for several days after this and I am now terrified of going to the dentist. It is a person's worst nightmare not to mention the place and tools look dirty and the office manager is rude and unprofessional. Thanks Midfield Dental! more

I have made a change from my dentist to this dental center. The best feature about this clinic is their extended hours. They are open nights and weekends. They accept walk-in patients. They accept most insurances. They offer financing if one is unable to pay. The dental hygiensts are excellent. The dentists are very professional. It is not located in the best area of town but I have never felt unsafe while entering or exiting the business. more
