Review content:
The folks took the time to thoroughly explain the problems I was having with my Mac Book and gave me an estimate before doing any work. It turned out I needed a new hard drive and they fixed me up with a significantly larger drive than I started with. Unfortunately, there was just no possibility of data recovery for my broken drive but the techs tried several methods before letting me know that my drive was just passed that point. I found them to be very knowledgeable and friendly (and fast) - I couldn't be happier and I will recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service!
