I concur with the other user. My husband went to them for a crown and they ended up billing us over $1,600 total, even after insurance. When my husband called to try and figure out why it was so radically more than the estimate they gave him in the beginning, the billing person chewed him out and tried to badger him into paying the bill or it would be turned over to collections. He didn't, and I called our insurance company, only to find out that they were indeed overcharging us by at least $1,000 after the co-pays. When I called the office and spoke to someone in billing, I called them on what they were doing, and told them exactly what the insurance company said. All of the sudden, they ""realized"" that they were billing incorrectly, and promised to have the office manager refund us the difference. Still waiting on that - I was told that we would be sent the $600 we were owed ""when she got a chance"" Gee, thanks. By the way, my husband's tooth still hurts, but he sure as heck isn't going back there again to get it fixed. FYI - If you look these guys up under the BB Bureau you'll find that they have had 8 complaints against them in 36 months and the bureau advises not doing business with them. Wish we had looked them up before.
