Michele's Maids Inc

Michele's Maids have been cleaning my home for the past year. I paid by credit card that she had on file. I started to notice she would run the card the day before the cleaning, so when I called to cancel a cleaning and reschedule for the next week she had already ran the credit card. The next week she billed my card again, three days before the schedual cleaning that was already paid for. I called her to let her know I was double charged and she said she would refund it. Two weeks went by, still no refund so I disputed the charge with my credit card. She also raised her price without informing me more

I first started doing business with Michele's Maids in September of 2007. I had never had a cleaning service, so I do not know if my tale is a common one throughout the industry. Everything went fine until this past month. They were scheduled to come to my house to clean when Michele called and asked if it would be okay if they came the next day because one of the houses they were cleaning before mine had taken longer than expected. I told her that would be fine. She also mentioned that she would have to charge me $10.00 more because of rising gas prices. I told her I understood that gas prices caused her costs to go up and made everything more expensive and that the extra $10.00 was fine. Pros: Did a decent job as long as they were showing up Cons: Do not show up for scheduled appointments, do not call to let you know that they will not make the appointment more
