Michele's Maids have been cleaning my home for the past year. I paid by credit card that she had on file. I started to notice she would run the card the day before the cleaning, so when I called to cancel a cleaning and reschedule for the next week she had already ran the credit card. The next week she billed my card again, three days before the schedual cleaning that was already paid for. I called her to let her know I was double charged and she said she would refund it. Two weeks went by, still no refund so I disputed the charge with my credit card. She also raised her price without informing me
