Review content:
I first started doing business with Michele's Maids in September of 2007. I had never had a cleaning service, so I do not know if my tale is a common one throughout the industry. Everything went fine until this past month. They were scheduled to come to my house to clean when Michele called and asked if it would be okay if they came the next day because one of the houses they were cleaning before mine had taken longer than expected. I told her that would be fine. She also mentioned that she would have to charge me $10.00 more because of rising gas prices. I told her I understood that gas prices caused her costs to go up and made everything more expensive and that the extra $10.00 was fine.
Pros: Did a decent job as long as they were showing up
Cons: Do not show up for scheduled appointments, do not call to let you know that they will not make the appointment
