We were extremely satisfied with the service that our salesman Steven provided at Metro Volkswagen! My wife and I initially came in looking to buy a car for me, but we were so pleased with the service and car inventory that we decided to go ahead and sign a lease for my wife as well. General manager Todd Lochner went above and beyond to assist us with our unique situation. The trade assist went very smoothly and was explained in detail to us.Once we selected a car... our salesperson... Charles was very attentive and thoroughly went over the features of the VW CC. He has continued to follow-up with phone calls to arrange my 30 day appointment and to see how things were going with the car.Our Finance Manager... Cedeno Hunter was very easy to work with and really worked with us to make the financing fit our needs.Overall... it was a great experience to end my previous one with the 2007 Eos! more

So far so good. Everything that could be fixed on this trip was I realize I need to bring it back to sit overnight for one issue and a loaner car has been offered so it is a matter of my scheduling the service. more

They were wonderful. Your dealership is better than the one in McKinney. The lady that greeted me in the garage was wonderful. She had the curly hair (the one that looks like Whitney Houston)... sorry I don`t know how to spell her name but she is beautiful like Whitney. She was so helpful and so was Sharon! I have purchased a number of automobiles in my life... different dealerships in different states... as well as makes and models. This was the finest experience I`ve had in making a purchase... the entire staff was friendly and helpful... glad that I came in to Metro VW and will return again but not for a while still enjoying my new car to think about another... but have and will continue to recommend your dealership to anyone considering a new vehicle. more

Ten thumbs up! 3/27/2012

The service Advisor always she made sure I know the status of my car while in service. She calls me to let me know how things are going and when the car might be ready. Also technician made sure I`m pleased with the repairs and he is eager to know what are the things in my car that need to be repair. Also service manager has been very nice and making sure my needs have been take care by the advisor as by the technician. Great service experience all the way. Ten thumps up! more

Excellent Family Owned Dealership 8/11/2010

Honestly - I believe you bought a lemon, and the story about the dealership driving your Passat 1200 + miles is ridiculous! If the car is as bad as you report, how would that even be physically possible?\r \r I have been a Metro VW customer for many happy years now. In 2003, I selected Metro over all other local dealerships because (a) they gave me the best price on a new GTI, and (b) they did this up front and honestly when asked. I could not get a firm price from other dealers (Rusty Wallis and Hiley), only the usual "Well let's sit down and make a deal" BS.\r \r After I purchased the car, about a month later I noticed an engine rattle at idle that did not sound good. I took the car back to Metro, and they ended up shipping the rattling engine back to Germany for an engineering study but more importantly they installed a brand new engine in my car, all within 1 week! This was the expensive VR6 engine too. I was told that the engine alone costs 12K!\r \r The happy ending? I still have the c more
