Unfortunately this is my second time using metro pest for extermination of bed bugs, and the only reason is because this is the only company my cheap apartment building will pay for. The service was poorly done and when I called to find if the treatment had been done properly, I was treated like garbage. I was spoken to in a tone that was totally unprofessional and I was disgusted. If you ever speak to Valerie (she would not give me her last name) please be prepared to be treated as if you do not deserve respect and be prepared to receive the run around. You would think they would have a little more empathy for someone going through a horrendous process. more

Finally can sleep again 12/6/2010

metro pest control helped me get my life back togetter. I had a problem with bebbugs and tried handle it my self with no sucess. I then used a friend and the bebbugs were back in a month, thats when i called metro pest control. The customer service rep was great and very knowledgable, they showed me how to properly prepare for the treatment and measures to take to avoid getting them again. The service techs were very professional, neat and helpful they took the time to answer all my questions. I would recommend them for any pestcontrol problem VERY PROFESSIONAL PEST CONTROL SERVICE !!!!!!!! THANK YOU I CAN SLEEP AGAIN. more

Great Experience 11/4/2010

Metro Pest Control did an excellent job getting rid of the wasps that were preventing me from getting in my front door this summer. I called up with an emergency and was able to get same-day service. The men arrived less than an hour after I called, inspected and treated the area, and I haven't seen a wasp near my house ever since. The exterminators were very polite and answered all my questions in a satisfactory manner. I would absolutely hire them again and have recommended them to friends who were also very pleased with their results. more

Horrible experience. 8/23/2010

I had a bed bug extermination in July and now they are back. The bugs keep moving from apartment to apartment. The staff is retarded. They didn't even know what type of chemicals they were spraying. After the extermination my cat (who was out of the apartment for 10 hours....4 hours longer than she needed to be) suffered a horrible illness from the chemicals resulting in a $500 vet fee. The chemicals they use are unsafe. The staff is clueless And quite frankly they know nothing about bed bugs. more

One year later- still have bedbugs 7/1/2009

Metro Pest is our building exterminator and they are fine for general pest issues but they don't know how to deal with bedbugs. \r We turned our life upside down so they could spray our whole apartment (thereby ensuring their ""guarantee"") and one year later we still have bedbugs and the problem is worse. I can't sleep at night because Metro Pest blew it. \r the guys they sent out knew nothing about the habits of bedbugs (ie spraying inside the electrical sockets) and wouldn't even talk to me, they just called their manager and handed me the phone. Totally impossible to deal with. They have no clue that to eradicate bedbugs you have to treat a whole block of units. more

Great Service 1/18/2007

A friend referred me to Metro Pest when i moved in. I had severe pest problems in my basement. I called the service and they came the same day, very professional. they even fixed the insect problems that i wasnt even aware about. the save me thousands in the long run. if its a matter of your home go with the experience and trained people that know. i give them 2 thumbs up.... thanks Metro Pest Pros: great price, fast, and super service more
