Metro Pest is our building exterminator and they are fine for general pest issues but they don't know how to deal with bedbugs. \r
We turned our life upside down so they could spray our whole apartment (thereby ensuring their ""guarantee"") and one year later we still have bedbugs and the problem is worse. I can't sleep at night because Metro Pest blew it. \r
the guys they sent out knew nothing about the habits of bedbugs (ie spraying inside the electrical sockets) and wouldn't even talk to me, they just called their manager and handed me the phone. Totally impossible to deal with. They have no clue that to eradicate bedbugs you have to treat a whole block of units.
