Review content:
I had a bed bug extermination in July and now they are back. The bugs keep moving from apartment to apartment.
The staff is retarded. They didn't even know what type of chemicals they were spraying. After the extermination my cat (who was out of the apartment for 10 hours....4 hours longer than she needed to be) suffered a horrible illness from the chemicals resulting in a $500 vet fee.
The chemicals they use are unsafe.
The staff is clueless
And quite frankly they know nothing about bed bugs.
