HORRIBLE!! DONT GO HERE! I guess you are only a customer when you buy! I called weeks ahead to return my leased vehicle. I arranged with Vicky. Since I work, i could only return the vehicle on the weekend. Vicky only works Mon. - Fri., so she told me just drop off the car on Sat. and someone at the dealership will just take the car and the keys. When I went there, no one knew about this and the manager named BILLY basically blew me off, saying he can't take the car now nor can I leave the car there for them to process on Monday. I just drove over an hour, but this guy is telling me I can't just leave the car! Billy first offered to call Vicky to clarify, but then rescinded saying he can't bother her on the weekend! WOW! it's ok to have a customer drive back with the car and come back on Monday, wasting two full days, but you can't just call your employee, spending less than a minute to clarify the matter?!?!? ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?!?I asked multiple times to just call her, to at least confirm that I made the arrangement with Vicky, but this guy refused-- all he had to do was pick up the phone and at least try to help! He was ABSOLUTELY NO HELP, AND HE'S THE MANAGER! of course, I got really upset and raised my voice. At that point, Billy (no joke!) said he won't help because I'm ""yelling"" (yeah, because you're not helping AT ALL!) and told me, ""there's the door. Leave!"" ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!
another gentleman finally came around and helped. He took the vehicle and the keys, so it could be processed on Monday. So Billy lied about not being about to leave the car. He refused to make any effort to help. If this is kind of service you want, by all means, shop here.
