Great deal, great people! 5/24/2016

Recently bought a very low mileage 2015 Ford Focus Hatchback for my daughter. I had found this particular car online and was able to see it a few hours later. Sheldon Holland was the salesman who assisted us and he was very professional and helpful. With the help of Luiz Andrade to arrange financing, we picked up the car that evening. After getting it home, I discovered a minor problem with the radio on-off switch so I brought it back the next day and Sheldon had arranged priority treatment to get the problem diagnosed and fixed. All in all, my best car buying experience and at age 61, I've had a few. If you need a new Ford, you can't do wrong checking out Metro. more

Lance is the Best! 8/15/2015

Lance was such a great salesperson. He did everything in his power to make sure I was satisfied from the beginning of the sale until its very end. Best Car Shopping Experience! 4/7/2014

I recently needed a new car and was not looking forward to the whole ordeal of going into a dealership and spending long hours on the transaction. I have had some bad experiences in the past car shopping that left me a bit disillusioned with the whole process. Luckily I went to Metro Ford and was directed to Daniel Galeas. Daniel was by far the best salesman I have encountered. He was not only friendly and knowledgeable, but handled the whole experience making sure everything went as smoothly as possible. Really made the whole experience much better than I could have imagined. By the end of the whole process it was more like I was dealing with another member of my family than a car salesman! Now I know that all future purchases and recommendations will go to Metro Ford and Daniel Galeas. If you are looking for a car go here, and ask for him. You will not go wrong! more

I was so excited about getting a car but finding the right dealership is REALLY stressful. I lived in Miami for a long time and had never been here. My only regret is not knowing about this place sooner. Kerry took good care of me. He wasn't pushy, just informative and friendly. Managers were good to me and I took home my new focus, I will never go anywhere else! more

Just bought my Explorer 3 month ago. My rear seat broke, so I went to the dealer to fix it. They accused me that I did it, so its not covered under warranty, I showed up at 7:30am.....they told me 9 hours later, after I had to call multiple times to see when my car was ready that I would have to pay $500 . These guys could not care a bit. Pros: null Cons: null more

Sales associate Bill Rodriguez worked very hard to get us a great deal on a new vehicle. The process took a little longer than anticipated, but in the end Bill was able to work some magic and make the deal happen. I compared vehicles at two other dealerships, and they couldn't come close in price to the same vehicle. And e Bill was still able to cut a few hundred dollars more from the price. If you are looking for a good sales associate who will work for you, this is the person to see. Don't bother with the others, ask for Bill Rodriguez. more
