Just bought my Explorer 3 month ago. My rear seat broke, so I went to the dealer to fix it. They accused me that I did it, so its not covered under warranty, I showed up at 7:30am.....they told me 9 hours later, after I had to call multiple times to see when my car was ready that I would have to pay $500 .
