Very honest, really cared about providing good service 1/18/2017

Five stars for Metro Air Conditioning, because this was the first time that we ever had somebody come and look at our air conditioning/heating system and say we didn't have to replace anything. He actually rewired the system so that it would work better, and it works fine now. We were only charged the basic service fee, we were very very pleased. I don't remember his first name but his last name was Johnson. He came out the day that we called about our problem and said he'd be by around 11am-2pm, he arrived at 11:30am and was done in an hour. Overall just very satisfied with our experience. more

Top-quality, professional service! 1/14/2017

I hired Metro Air Conditioning to replace the a/c units and furnaces in my home. The representative I spoke worth on the phone was detailed, thorough, and has been great with my follow up questions. The men who did the removal and installation showed up on time, were professional, took care to protect my carpet, finished everything much faster than I expected, and vacuumed before they left. The only issue was that the thermostats they brought on the installation day were smaller than the ones I already had, so there was an unsightly, unpainted mark where the old ones has been mounted. When I called back about these, they agreed to bring new, different-sized ones out at no charge, and replace them. Problem solved. I would definitely recommend them to others. more

Great work, very pleased! 1/10/2017

I thought the services provided by Metro Air Conditioning went quite well, and was set at a reasonable price for what I was having done. The people were very helpful, and did a great job of finding us a product that would work well for us. They do a great job of checking up on everything and making sure everything is working correctly, I would definitely use their services again, and I highly recommend them! more

Warrenty claim 12/12/2016

A relatively new furnace would not heat when turned on during the first cold snap. The technician was able to correct the problem on the same day I called. more

The heater is working well. 12/9/2016

I know that the guy from Metro Air Conditioning was meant to come back for something and for some reason, he kept on putting it off. I don't know if we have been too satisfied with that, the rescheduling hasn't been ideal. Now, the heater unit is working well and there hasn't been a problem with that, so that's good. Maybe Ryne has something to add about that or maybe not, but that's where we are at right now. more

A Good Job Well Done 11/30/2016

I've been having the same air conditioning unit and heater for like 38 years and when my unit went out in the middle of winter when it was ice cold outside I looked in the yellow pages and found Metro Air Conditioning. At the time they were offering a senior discount, so, I was definitely interested in them to provide me with the kind of service that I need. So far, they've been out to my residence at least 3 times now and there's never been any problems. If I call them they are out to me right away and the technicians does a good job at making the repairs as well as keeping me informed along the way. more

I Had A Positive Experience 10/21/2016

I have been knowing Larry for years from Metro Air Conditioning. Anytime I call and I need them they are sure to come out to you right away. Over the summer I needed some freeon added to my unit and they did it with no problems. Their technicians are always on time and they always call before they arrive for their appointment. The staff from Metro Air Conditioning are so kind. I would recommend using Metro Air Conditioning. more

They were easy to communicate with and set up an appointment, and when the appointment time came they were right on time and began work right away. I Had A Positive Experience 10/3/2016

I can't recall how I first heard about Metro Air Conditioning, but, I've been using them for at least 10 years now. Recently, I had a leak in my air conditioning unit within my home and after a couple of visits the technicians were able to fix the problems. The technicians were professional, on time, and courteous to me when they come out to provide me with service. Their prices were good. I would recommend this company. more

I have been using the services of the people over at Metro Air Conditioning for a long time now and I keep going back because I trust them. Other companies I would call them to fix my air conditioning and they just never got it right. I gave these guys a call and they got it right, and when they don't get it right they come right back to fix it without giving any attitude which is nice. They are quick to respond to my call whenever I need them and their prices are very fair. I will continue to use them for as long as they continue to treat me this way because they are great. more

Great service 9/19/2016

We called Metro Air conditioning to come to our home and fix our air conditioning unit. We were selling our house and the inspector had found some moisture under the house. We had that cleaned up and then Metro came in and made the necessary repairs to our unit. They also sealed up some of the air ducts that were creating moisture. All the repairs got done. They did an excellent job. The people there were very professional and knowledgeable. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to our friends and family. more

Great experience 9/1/2016

I had a great experience with Metro Air Conditioning. Chaz, the technician from Metro, came out to my house because we were having problems with our air conditioner and he thought he had found the problem, and then came back to make sure that it wasn't going to be a bigger problem. It ended up being a relatively minor problem after all. I really appreciated that he took the time and explained the 30 day policy in case there was another problem. Chaz really went above and beyond to take care of our needs and we haven't had a problem since. I would definitely use Metro Air Conditioning again and I will recommend them to others. more

It was quick and courteous and Metro Air Conditioning responded quickly to fix my AC. It was the first time I've used them, but my brother uses their services on professional buildings. Their technician was neat and did what he supposed to do, and he didn't charge for more than what needed to be done. And, he responded on the same day I called. more

Satisfied customer for 25 years! 8/10/2016

I have been working with Larry at Metro Air Conditioning for the last twenty five years and he is fantastic. The work Larry does is very good and whenever I have a problem or issue with my air conditioning I can call him and he is out to me in no time at all. On top of that his prices are really good, far less expensive than the other companies operating in my area. His workers are all good guys and are always nice to me when they are here. Most importantly for me, Larry is a man of his word which I value very much! more

I use Metro Air Conditioning for the upkeep and maintenance of the A/C unit in my house and I think they are awesome. Last Saturday they came to carry out a service on the system and the process went smoothly. They came and were efficient but their pricing was a bit on the high side. I will use them in time to come just because they are reliable and trustworthy. They are a company that I would highly recommend due to the high quality of their work. more
