Every summer I have an issue with my air conditioner. I have been doing business with metro for about ten years and they come the same day or early the next day. Best and most professional techs in the business. Get it fixed fast and wait around to make sure everything works so you don't have to call them back. I would recommend them to everyone. Great service, very responsive. 7/7/2016

I had the same fellow come out a couple summers in a row from Metro Air Conditioning. My house was over 80 degrees and I had guests coming over so it was urgent, he responded within an hour and this was off times, I believe a Sunday and he was still responsive. He got here, got it fixed and they are easy to work with. The technician is Larry and he has done a great job every time I have had him out. I would definitely recommend him. more

Very satisfied. 7/5/2016

Well number one Metro Air Conditioning came out and I called Friday afternoon because my AC quit cooling. I got on the phone and called a bunch of people no one called back and I finally called Metro Air Conditioning and they answered right away, she said I can have someone there in 30 minutes. They diagnosed the problem and had the part with him so he didn't have to go anywhere and he got it all up and running in minutes. He had the house cooled off in 30 minutes. I will only use them from now on. more

Be Truthful! 6/27/2016

Metro Air Conditioning sent out a technician to check out my AC unit and he concluded that he needed to repair my AC. I wanted to get another quote from a different company. Moreover, I had already gave them a down payment. Well, the other company diagnosed a different problem with my AC and it would be less expensive to repair. I've been trying to get into contact with the company for weeks so I can get my refund back for I've never received any kind of services from them. I would not recommend this company. more

Excellent Service 6/10/2016

I've dealt with Metro A/C for several years, and last year had to replace my HVAC. They recommended a good, cost-effective system, installed, and have maintained it well. The owner, Mr. Dubose, is very knowledgeable, and gives excellent customer service. I have, and will continue, to recommend Metro Air Conditioning, to anyone. more

For the past 8 years, I have experienced dependable and trust worthy service from this contractor. When I replaced my 2 19 year H/AC units, the Metro Air team provided me quotes in a timely manner. We discussed the job, agreed on price and the team arrived promptly ontime the day the work was to begin. The job was completed in a single day and the interior and exterior was left tidy. RLB more

I found Metro A/C via Google and I have to say I'm very satisfied win the service they have provided. From the receptionist to the tech on site, they have all maintained a level of professionalism I haven't seen anywhere else. They keep you updated on all the details, costs, and are willing to work with you to resolve your issue. I will most definitely recommend them to anyone!! more

Solid company, good customer service. 5/13/2016

The initial tech who came out from Metro Air Conditioning somewhat misdiagnosed the issue but we already had a couple HVAC companies come out so we asked them to revisit the issue to make sure it was the right issue. They correctly identified the problem second time around. Not only that but they gave us our money back on the misdiagnosis and gave us a really good deal on the coil they installed the second time. We haven't had any problems since. I would definitely recommend them. more

Great work, happy with their service. 5/2/2016

Basically Metro Air Conditioning came just to do some routine summer maintenance and they came out and checked both the units outside and inside and they cleaned it, to make sure it was running good, I had some frayed wires and things, and they cleaned it all up for me and it has been working great since they were out. They gave us a window of time when they were supposed to get here and they were on time. I would use them again. more

Excellent maintenance and repair service. 4/25/2016

Well I have been using Metro Air Conditioning for about 18 years, about twice a year they come and service them in spring and in the fall. They are in excellent condition because of their service. One time he found a problem with the AC unit and he explained everything to me in detail and gave me a good estimate on the repair. He ordered the part and had it fixed in the time frame he said he would. I have been nothing but happy with them. more

Just made a referral 3/28/2016

I've been a customer of Metro A/C for a number of years. Has everything worked out perfect? Of course not, but what most impressed me with Metro A/C, is they don't claim to have all of the answers, but they don't stop until they do find the answer and fix the problem. In addition, they listen to the customers concerns. And that's what sold me. more

Quick fix made very easy. 3/28/2016

Basically what Metro Air Conditioning did my help fix my heater. For some reason it wasn't getting hot or putting out warm air. Metro sent out Larry and he was great. He showed us how to correct the problem so if it happened again we could try and take care of it ourselves. I would recommend them to others for sure. I was very happy with Metro and Larry. more

Good workers, cheap products. 3/25/2016

The serviceman Metro Air Conditioning sent out was very good, he seemed knowledgeable and he really did good work with what they told him to use. My issue was they took off a near 200 dollar thermostat unit and replaced it with what I found on Honeywell's website, which was like a 35 dollar thermostat. It wasn't the same size either so now I have two holes in the wall that are not covered up. more

I didn't feel pressure to purchase any service or anything like that. Mr. Fraser simply made suggestions to me. By the way, he did a great job of presenting Metro Air. I was very impressed!
