Five stars for Metro Air Conditioning, because this was the first time that we ever had somebody come and look at our air conditioning/heating system and say we didn't have to replace anything. He actually rewired the system so that it would work better, and it works fine now. We were only charged the basic service fee, we were very very pleased. I don't remember his first name but his last name was Johnson. He came out the day that we called about our problem and said he'd be by around 11am-2pm, he arrived at 11:30am and was done in an hour. Overall just very satisfied with our experience.
