Since starting boot camp I have increased my endurance A LOT! Now that I do boot camp, I can jog more than twice as far as I used to (when my only method of training was paced distance runs). The interval training method works! Also, I have never had much upper body strength, but now, my arms and shoulders are more toned and stronger. I can ever see a slight trace of some ab muscles - haven't seen those in years! My legs have also become much stronger and more toned.
The staff really cares about their clients - JC sends out emails with suggestions for exercises on food days and healthy recipes.
