You WON'T be glad you called MET Plumbing! 3/22/2018

We had two toilets that were clogged, but weren't sure what was causing the back-up. We called MET plumbing to do the repair. I was advised, before the repair was even started, that it would cost $325.00 PER TOILET to have him remove them to find out what the issue was. So, before I ever even started the repair, it would have cost me $650.00! And, he didn't know what the problem was either, so couldn't even estimate the cost to complete the repair. Who knows what it would cost in the end? Needless to say, he was shown the door. If you want to spend a small fortune for a repair, call MET plumbing! Otherwise, call someone else! more

Excellent service 11/23/2016

Had a control panel break on my old (6 years) water heater. Called their number and had an appointment for the next day at 1:00 pm. At 12:30 pm the office called and said their serviceman would be there in about 45 minutes. In about 30 minutes Don was at the door. I told him the problem and walked him to the attic and as soon as he looked at it, he said he new what he poblem was. A poorly made control panel. He demonstrated the problem and in a few minutes he had an estimate ready. He explained if i got the same control panel, I'd likely have another problem in 3 years or less. He then showed me the prices on a new heater and said any of the 2 lower priced Rheem heaters would be more than enough for me. I selected a mid priced model. Don had an new here in less than an hour and in about 3 hours as he said the new one was in and working fine. Excellent service and workmanship! Thanks Don!! more

Quick response on holiday weekend. 9/6/2016

My hot water heater went out on Friday afternoon. I called Saturday am not thinking I would reach anyone being Labor day weekend, but answering service took my info an I had a call back within minutes and said I ell have someone there between 10 and 2. At 10 am service man here Victor was his name and very polite and went to attic to check heater. Needed to be replaced which I expected. He said he could replace it today and I was so surprised and excited as cold showers are a little hard. I was extremely pleased of the quick response and work done by such a polite Victor. My neighbor called me that she had plumbing problem and I told her to call MET. more

We had a gas leak and had used a previous plumbing company to detect the leak. After a large expense that was supposed to fix the leak, and two weeks later, the gas leak remained. We then called MET Plumbing, explained the situation and requested a highly skilled gas leak technician. John S. performed a diligent process of identifying the source of the leak. He was very thorough and explained everything that he was going to do before he did it. The leak was detected, after a thorough inspection of our gas lines, and repaired. We were very pleased with John's professionalism and knowledge and would highly recommend him.. more

Stop AC overflow 8/8/2016

Service technician John Simmons did an excellent job. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it so the overflow that occurred will never happen again. more
