Review content:
Had a control panel break on my old (6 years) water heater. Called their number and had an appointment for the next day at 1:00 pm. At 12:30 pm the office called and said their serviceman would be there in about 45 minutes. In about 30 minutes Don was at the door. I told him the problem and walked him to the attic and as soon as he looked at it, he said he new what he poblem was. A poorly made control panel. He demonstrated the problem and in a few minutes he had an estimate ready. He explained if i got the same control panel, I'd likely have another problem in 3 years or less. He then showed me the prices on a new heater and said any of the 2 lower priced Rheem heaters would be more than enough for me. I selected a mid priced model. Don had an new here in less than an hour and in about 3 hours as he said the new one was in and working fine. Excellent service and workmanship! Thanks Don!!
