Great Service and Great Price 12/10/2008

I was very happy with the service I received from the Merry Maids Southtowns office. They went ABOVE and BEYOND my expectations. I was so happy with our One Time Cleaning that I signed up for Bi-Weekly Cleanings. The House has never been cleaner or smelled better! I would recommend this service to anyone who wants to get their moneys worth. more

Worst Service EVER 2/15/2008

This company (Merry Maids, Orchard Park) was AWFUL. We paid for monthly cleaning expecting our home to be cleaned top to bottom. Instead, two maids came and did the bare minimum cleaning. They didn't pick things up off the counter to clean, they forgot to clean one bathroom, they left a garbage bag in my kitchen and there were crumbs on the counter after they left. My home is not messy to begin with, but they did such an awful job. Pros: None, I'm not even kidding Cons: Poor job done, poor customer service, your house will not be clean. more

This company is a national company so they have a set structure that the maids use to clean- and I did not necessarily think it was as clean as things could have been. I think the focus was on making it look clean, rather than on actually doing an outstanding job cleaning. They were adequate, and things did look as though they had been nicely cleaned, but if you looked closely or lifted up things sometimes it was clear that they hadn't really gone the extra mile. The price was reasonable though. more
