This company (Merry Maids, Orchard Park) was AWFUL. We paid for monthly cleaning expecting our home to be cleaned top to bottom. Instead, two maids came and did the bare minimum cleaning. They didn't pick things up off the counter to clean, they forgot to clean one bathroom, they left a garbage bag in my kitchen and there were crumbs on the counter after they left. My home is not messy to begin with, but they did such an awful job.
Pros: None, I'm not even kidding
Cons: Poor job done, poor customer service, your house will not be clean.
