Everytime I need service on my vehicle This is the place to go

Worst

Took my car there for a basic "checkup", was told I needed a lot of things, but this was the most pressing. Basically I found that a $1200 tune up doesn't include a $1.99 PCV valv...

There are a lot of companies that say they offer warranties; good luck with getting them to actually fulfill their obligations. In my case I had a problem under their warranty - I received absolutely no problems getting my pick up fixed under warranty. The measure of a company isn't if they make a mistake, it's how they handle the mistake. Meridian Family Auto is one company I will have do all the work on my vehicles. Josh at the counter and the staff 7/12/2014

Josh got me in very quickly after the AC in my car wasn't working correctly, the man in the shop found the problem and had me out in an hour. No one else I called could get me in for a couple of weeks. thanks for the quick service and getting it fixed fast. more

Speedy oil change 7/8/2014

Never worry about a long wait if you make an appointment. No need to stress at another appointment scheduled after this one. They are quick and very efficient! Friendly and always willing to check any other issues you have. more

Charged me 167 for an oil change 7/5/2014

Charged me 85 dollars in labor to do an oil change. The car had a couple of error lights on the dash so they ran diagnostics, we know this is not complicated. Other professional car service places do a full inspection tap of fluids and such as part of the oil change. I am not impressed. more

Josh was great help at the counter. I asked for a diagnosis only and that is what I received. I also received an estimate for the work needed. The only negative part was I never received any answer back on the email I sent. more

Great experience! 5/31/2014

Car problems suck... They just do. We moved into the area recently and had not yet found a mechanic we trusted. My sister-in-law recommended Meridian Family so we brought our car in after it had a brake concern. While I don't know enough about cars to fix my own, I did have a good idea what might be wrong and what the repair should cost. I felt like I was treated very fairly and my car repair was handled very quickly. We will bring all of our cars here from now on. more

Came in for free scan diag. #6 coil bad set app. to replace coil +belt tensioner extras I got charged 85.00 scan+45.00 to put belt back on tensioner more
