Everytime I need service on my vehicle This is the place to go

Worst

Took my car there for a basic "checkup", was told I needed a lot of things, but this was the most pressing. Basically I found that a $1200 tune up doesn't include a $1.99 PCV valv...

Best Mechanics! 3/15/2015

Had to have entire front rebuilt, tie rods, ball joints, control arms, brakes, car drives so much better, handling is even better. These guys are awesome and they are fair, more

friendly and mechanically intelligent... 2/24/2015

I only use meridian family auto repair--they are almost as friendly as ME. I'll be back next week to get more work done on my car and they do not overcharge me. I have recommended this business to at least 25 other people. I'll never stop telling people about Meridian Family Auto Repair. more

Smudge marks 2/21/2015

My wife pointed out to me that there were two grease smudge marks on the driver side visor and one on the headliner above the driver side doordoor. i would recommend you but please try to be a bit cleaner. more

First visit not so great 2/15/2015

called early in the week to take my dodge caravan in for a oil change , break check, tire rotation and a coolant flush. I asked for an appointment on Saturday. The guy told me to bring it down and drop it off at 9:00 a.m it should only take a couple hours to complete . So I got there at 9:00 and Josh was behind the desk and greeted me. He took my name and info but said he was having trouble with the computer system. So he said it came up took my key and said he would call when it was all done . At 12:00 I still didn't hear anything from Josh. I called Josh and asked about my van he said it would be another hour to hour and a half he said he could see out the window he was still working on it . At 2:30 still didn't hear anything from Josh or anyone else. I knew they closed at 3:00 on Saturday so I went to see what was up. Josh told me oh I'm glad you stopped in the only thing that saved on the computer was your name . They did the services and that seemed fine and seemed honest . more

customer service was great, Josh was very Professional 2/11/2015

there were a couple of things I was not happy about, my front bumper had a scrape on it and I also had a full service oil change and the day I picked it up it was indicating that my washer fluid was low, I thought all the fluid levels were suppose to be checked. my bill was over 3,000 and was hoping to get better quality work on my car more

Took my wife's car in for brakes. Was done quickly, and properly. They went above and beyond for me. Would have work done again. Ended up costing more than I expected, but that was due to something unforseen. Great group of guys. more

Done on Time & Loaner car available. 1/31/2015

I called and was given a date to bring the car in. After a thorough check up, an estimate on time and charges was given. The work was done when promised and car running well. suggestions for future work was also discussed. Painless. more

Friendly, honest pricing 1/21/2015

I had my truck in to Coopers auto repair for a small job and on inspection they came up with a number of things, quoting me at over $3000. I brought that list to Meridian and got the work done PLUS a couple extra part replacements for $1600! And they gave me a very nice loaner car while the work was being done. Couldn't be happier. more
