Everytime I need service on my vehicle This is the place to go

Worst

Took my car there for a basic "checkup", was told I needed a lot of things, but this was the most pressing. Basically I found that a $1200 tune up doesn't include a $1.99 PCV valv...

Fixed my car but poor communication 8/8/2013

Before I took my care there I asked if they took my extended warrenty - "Yes" When I dropped my car off I asked if they took my extended warranty - "Yes" When I paid for my car after they replaced a couple sensors - "No, he hasn't called the extended warranty people because it's a hassle" And my repair bill was twice what they quoted me. more

Got me out of a pinch 7/21/2013

My car was loaded to go camping and I was headed out of town when my fan blower motor went out. It was the last day before a long holiday weekend for Meridian Family Auto Repair. I drove into their location praying that they could get me in. They were pretty booked but bless their hearts, they squeezed me in. I will be an eternal customer because of that but there are other reasons as well. Being a female, I always feel that I'm getting taken advantage of. These guys were nice and explained everything which made me feel comfortable. Considering I just dropped in, they got me in and out as fast as they could. Their lobby was comfortable and clean. more

First Time Customer Who Will Be Back 7/10/2013

This is coming from someone who hates to spend money on cars. I went to this shop because it is close to my house and has a decent shop labor rate. The reception area was very clean. Bill, at the counter, listened well and got the car checked in efficiently. Everything struck me as highly professional. The work was completed the same day. Though I hate to spend money on cars, I am happy camper. more

it is hard to find a good local mechanic that takes pride in their own shop always gives great advice but never tries to sell services that are not needed we depend on our vehicles and they depend on the mechanics we choose more
