None other than to compliment outstanding service and complete experience, this Mercedes dealership is bit further than the one I usually service my Mercedes. Honestly well worth the extra 20 min drive. Jeff Miller is an asset to Mercedes service and definitely will be the only service advisor I will talk to id in any way practical. I thank him and Mercedes Benz of Bedford for a pleasurable service experience! more

Outstanding customer service from Keith 4/5/2011

I received outstanding customer service from your Sales and Leasing Consultant Keith Langford. Keith was very kind and understanding when i went into my lengthy explanation of why I wanted to return the car and leave Mercedes totally. He then gave me the information and proceeded to explain the benefits of staying with your organization. After all was said and done he had restored my faith in Mercedes-Benz and I signed a lease for another four years without any buyers remorse. Hr's a valuable employee that you should be very proud of. more
