Leasing our vehicle through Mercedes Benz of Bedford was a pleasant experience. Lionel was courteous, knowledgeable, and worked hard to satisfy our needs. This is our first Mercedes Benz, and so far it has proven to be a fabulous car. I am thrilled with the vehicle and the dealership.? more

Above all expectations! 8/20/2010

First time doing a scheduled maintenance with MB ever! My experience was above all expectations, Al (our service coordinator) was more than accommodating to our needs. Truly a great choice to have chosen MB of Bedford for our purchase (Scott) and for service needs. The overall experience was up to par with the quality of the vehicles, nothing short of world class. MB of Bedford has lifelong customers in us!? more

I love the Roadside Assistance Program 8/11/2010

Road side Assistance program, The RAP Rep arrived quickly, was courteous, and expressed a professional demenior. The Mercedes club was at the Solon Cruise-in and Bedford Mercedes Service made a strong impression. Charges for battery replacement and explination of different available choices was clear and precise. Other members and several non Mercedes attendees were impressed with the one phone call, no tripple ""A"" silliness, arrived under 15 min for a dead battery. The testing of the failed battery, on the truck spare parts, and knowledgeable reprogramming of a 12 yr old car not under warranty simply blew away several attendees with cars under warranty. Thank you for affirming the quality of service I always expect from Bedford, and the exceptional service provided by the RAP. I showed the Mercedes CPO service and support page promise and they believe. No rusty tow trucks no AAA cards, just call Mercedes. more

Is this guy kidding? Take a look at the history of the 8 reviewers that claim to have bought cars. One guys from San Diego and the next is from Alabama. They appear to be buying cars in different states on the same day. Let's see now, lives in San Diego, bought a Benz in Bedford Ohio on one day and a Mazda in San Antonio the next day and they were both 5 star experiences. And all 216 reviews of 216 businesses around the country were 5 star experiences as well? Somebody should turn this dealer into the State Attorney General for fraud in my opinion!!!! At least if you're gonna fake reviews mix in a few 4 stars and a local resident every now and then. Cons: 8 reviews all of which appear to be fabricated more

Overall, I am truly pleased with Mercedes of Bedford and happy to be a client. I must add that Gregg is an exceptional Sales Consultant. This is the third new Mercedes that I've purchased from Gregg and each experience has felt like I am visiting with an old friend. The best salesman anyone could expect 7/21/2010

I live on the westside... so I went to Mercedes Benz of North Olmsted.... I was there 45 minutes and nobody said a word to me... no one said hi, can I help you, nothing... Went back to Mercedes Benz of Bedford... already bought 2 cars from them... and I was treated like a king... Gregg was my salesman on all 3 purchases... he is the best salesman anyone could expect... His knowledge and honesty is second to none... It is a shame I had to drive 15 extra miles to buy my car but at least Mercedes Benz of Bedford makes it worth my time and money. more
