This is mine and my wife's 3rd purchase directly from this dealership. If at anytime anything was not to our liking, it was immediately made right by multiple staff members. This past week my wife and I purchased 2 vehicles a 2015 C300 4matic, and a 2015 GLK350. The experience of a new car purchase is something that is surreal at this dealership, as the moment you walk through the door we have always been greeted by our surnames. The type of recognition and hospitality is amazing. Arik Bachsian our salesman, Aurturo, and Marco Cavazos will have us being a lifetime family of Mercedes-Benz of SanJuan for our future cars to come. 5 star service!!!! more

I am travelling from Montreal , Canada ,with my RV , built on a Sprinter 3500. Camping in Harlingen on my way to Mexico. My engine light was on and off for the last 2 days, And i coudn't take any chance , so i Travelled to your dealer ship in San Juan. It was friday AM , hoping that you would be able to service me on a friday.\r First , the reception was very good. The good coffee help me to reduce my stress, i was leaving the next morning with a caravan of 20 other Rvers. Mr Mike Santos clearly understood my situation and stated\r that we would look at it , but it may take sometimes , i understood that Its friday and Its a busy day.\r What also impresses me ,is that by 12:30 he offerded me to drive me to a restaurant , since my car woudn't be ready . It was also pouring rain.\r They also pick me up after lunch\r This is a 1st class customer service. My wife and I had a great experience purchasing through Mercedes-Benz of San Juan. It was great because it was simple and straightforward. We were greeted by one salesman, Arik Bachsian, who worked for us to find a vehicle that met our needs and to secure the best price for our trade in. I can?t thank Arik enough. We saved thousands on a GLA purchase for my wife several months ago. Arik suggested a low mileage CPO which not only saved money but also has the bonus of additional warranty. It is such a nice vehicle that we returned and purchased an E-class for myself. Arik helped us again, of course, and this time around, things only kept getting better and better with regards to price, warranty, trade in value, and service packages. Arik is really on the customer?s side making for a smooth sales experience. No pressure tactics and, in fact, all the staff we encountered were welcoming and respectful. I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of San Juan. more

He was courteous, attentive and took care of my need in a prompt and professional manner. Everything that needed to be done was done and he was able to provided me with the services I needed while my vehicle was in the shop. The Service Department of Mercedes Benz of San Juan is Outstanding!!!\r I recently had my 2012 ML 350 serviced due to a noise coming from the front driver side suspension and a very wobbly ride. We were almost ready to trade it in for a BMW. The front shocks were replaced and it made a big difference on the ride. My wife and I are very happy with our Mercedes because now it rides like a Mercedes.\r Mr. Humberto Maldonado was our service advisor and he always kept us informed and updated. If you need service for your Mercedes Benz be sure to ask for him. He is one of the reasons that makes the Service Department Outstanding. more

2007 S600 11/2/2011

I recently purchased a 2007 S600 MB from MB of San Juan TX. I must say I was genuinely amazed with this car and that does not happen too often. This pre-owned vehicle was in excellent condition both the exterior and interior. This car could absolutely pass for a new car. The exterior has zero scratches, the interior was flawless and had that new car smell. This vehicle has every option you could imagine. The carfax report checked out excellent. I am not sure if you know anything about these S600 more

We have really enjoyed our car and the outstanding customer service .My wife has owned several BMW 750iL's and is so happy with her new S550 .
