I am travelling from Montreal , Canada ,with my RV , built on a Sprinter 3500. Camping in Harlingen on my way to Mexico. My engine light was on and off for the last 2 days, And i coudn't take any chance , so i Travelled to your dealer ship in San Juan. It was friday AM , hoping that you would be able to service me on a friday.\r
First , the reception was very good. The good coffee help me to reduce my stress, i was leaving the next morning with a caravan of 20 other Rvers. Mr Mike Santos clearly understood my situation and stated\r
that we would look at it , but it may take sometimes , i understood that Its friday and Its a busy day.\r
What also impresses me ,is that by 12:30 he offerded me to drive me to a restaurant , since my car woudn't be ready . It was also pouring rain.\r
They also pick me up after lunch\r
This is a 1st class customer service. Thank you Mr. Mike Santos for you support to my needs .\r
I also drive a Mercedes car, if you be close to my hometown, i would be proud of beeing one of your customer .\r
