My wife and I had a great experience purchasing through Mercedes-Benz of San Juan. It was great because it was simple and straightforward. We were greeted by one salesman, Arik Bachsian, who worked for us to find a vehicle that met our needs and to secure the best price for our trade in. I can?t thank Arik enough. We saved thousands on a GLA purchase for my wife several months ago. Arik suggested a low mileage CPO which not only saved money but also has the bonus of additional warranty. It is such a nice vehicle that we returned and purchased an E-class for myself. Arik helped us again, of course, and this time around, things only kept getting better and better with regards to price, warranty, trade in value, and service packages. Arik is really on the customer?s side making for a smooth sales experience. No pressure tactics and, in fact, all the staff we encountered were welcoming and respectful. I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of San Juan.
