Great Service! 3/1/2012

I was able to make an appointment on their website for a time over my lunch hour. They repaired the item, to my surprise, while I went for lunch. They were able to test our game system and make the repairs necessary. It's great to have a local company that can repair game systems. more

Great servoce. Dropped the iPhone off for the repair. We came back two hours later and it was finished. It looked great and worked perfectly. I would recomend Tim for all of my phone repairs. more

I found the store online and made an appointment. Tim followed up with a phone call and I came in the next day. He provided honest advice and was upfront with the costs to repair my iPhone. Although I didn't get it repaired due to cost to replace the glass, I appreciate his prompt and honest service. more

Best service ever! 4/20/2011

This was the first time I used Mentzer repair. I found the name on line when my son's Plat Station 3 broke. I was able to key in the problem, get an estimate, and set up an appointment within minutes. A map with his location was provided also. After a welcoming handshake when we walked in the door, Tim proceeded to fix the game system right in front of us, while describing the problem. This was service I remember from 40-50 years ago, and done with a smile! I'll definately be back! more
