Review content:
This was the first time I used Mentzer repair. I found the name on line when my son's Plat Station 3 broke. I was able to key in the problem, get an estimate, and set up an appointment within minutes. A map with his location was provided also. After a welcoming handshake when we walked in the door, Tim proceeded to fix the game system right in front of us, while describing the problem. This was service I remember from 40-50 years ago, and done with a smile! I'll definately be back!
