HORRIBLE SERVICE. If I could give them a 0 rating I would but this system wouldn't let me. My son and I purchased 5 suites from this Men's Warehouse for my son's wedding in June. We purchased the suites in January. Our experience at the time was ok. As time went on we found them to be very difficult and uncaring about customer service. I personally went in to purchase a couple of shirts and ties in May, again for my son's wedding in June and this time, Alex, who I assumed was a manger and the person who helped us in Jan., came up to me asked what I was looking for and after explaining that I wanted to match my wife's dress, he looked at it and said ""well good luck with that"" and walked away. A short later he came back asked if we were having any luck and said, ""maybe you should compliment it not match"" and again walked away. I then found two shirts and another sales associated asked if we needed help. I told him I wanted to try the shirt on, which I did and it felt too big, but he insisted it looked just fine. I asked to try on the second shirt and he said it's the same, no need to try it on. After I got home I found the first shirt was a slim fit (which is what I needed) and the second shirt was a regular fit and not a comfortable fit. Instead of taking it back and exchanging the shirts I elected to have them altered. So the shirts I spend $79 and $85 on, now cost me an additional $60 to have them altered. I didn't realize Men's Warehouse could alter the shirts since they never gave me that option. Needless to say, I would NEVER purchase or go into this store again and I certainly would NOT recommend it to anyone else. And that is unfortunate, since I spent over $1500 on the 5 suites, ties and shirts. If your slogan is ""You're going to like the way you look. We guarantee it"" This store has a long ways to go to ever achieve that goal.
